Guidelines for using Vibe-Meter responsibly
Purpose
Vibe-Meter is designed to be a safe, supportive space for students to explore their emotions, build self-awareness, and connect with peers in meaningful ways. This policy outlines how to use the App responsibly to maintain that positive environment.
Encouraged Behaviors

- ✓Treating other users with kindness and respect
- ✓Supporting and encouraging your peers
- ✓Reporting concerns to a trusted adult
- ✓Using the App to grow and learn about yourself
- ✓Reaching out for help when you need it
Prohibited Activities
- ✗Bullying, harassment, or intimidation of other users
- ✗Sharing inappropriate, violent, or explicit content
- ✗Discriminating based on race, gender, religion, or identity
- ✗Sharing personal information of others without consent
- ✗Using someone else's account without permission
- ✗Attempting to hack, disrupt, or misuse the App
- ✗Impersonating another person or creating false information
Content Guidelines
Your journal entries, responses, and interactions should be appropriate for a school setting. While we encourage honest expression of emotions, content that promotes harm, violence, or illegal activities is not permitted.
Note: School counselors may review content that is flagged for safety concerns. If you're struggling, please reach out to a trusted adult or use the crisis resources in the app.
Consequences
Violations of this policy may result in temporary suspension or permanent removal from the App, at the discretion of your school and ERM Solutions. Serious violations may be reported to school administration.
Reporting Issues
If you witness inappropriate behavior or have concerns about content on the App, please report it to your teacher, school counselor, or use the in-app reporting feature. Your safety and well-being are our top priority.
