1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using Vibe-Meter ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are under 18 years of age, you represent that your parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
2. Educational Purpose
Vibe-Meter is an educational social-emotional learning tool designed to support student self-reflection and emotional awareness. The App is intended for use within educational settings under the supervision of schools and educators.
Important: This App does not provide medical advice, psychological diagnosis, or professional counseling services. It is not a substitute for professional mental health care.
3. User Accounts
School administrators are responsible for creating and managing user accounts. Users must maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials. Users may not share accounts or access another user's account without permission.
4. Acceptable Use
Users agree to use the App responsibly and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited activities include:
- Sharing inappropriate or harmful content
- Bullying, harassment, or discrimination
- Attempting to access unauthorized areas of the App
- Interfering with the App's operation
- Using the App for any illegal purpose
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Vibe-Meter are the exclusive property of ERM Solutions and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
ERM Solutions provides Vibe-Meter "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App. Schools and users assume responsibility for appropriate use within their educational context.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Schools will be notified of significant changes.
